The Centre Espérance Loyola (CEL – Loyola Hope Centre) is a comprehensive program committed to the struggle against AIDS in Agoé-Nyivé, a neighbourhood of Lomé. In 2013, the CEL supported 313 people living with HIV and 58 orphans and vulnerable children and ran many education-prevention activities.
